Kate will encourage you to work at your own pace and level to ensure your safety, comfort, and enjoyment each time you attend a class at our relaxing yoga studio. This class is suitable for all levels.

Restorative Yin Yoga

 Restorative Yin Yoga focuses on restoring bodies with particular ailments, incorporating a deep meditative style practice supported with the use of different props to allow a safe passive stretch and rejuvenation.

    We keep class participation levels to a maximum of 10 people so we can ensure you recieve the direct 1 on 1 support required to ensure a safe and effective lesson

  • How do I pay?

    Cash on the day or Direct Deposit. Class passes are also available.

  • Do you have any discounts?

    Yes, we provide class passes that give you discount prices and flexibilty to use accross all class types.
